Jason is revived...as a zombie now after being stabbed by a rod and the lightning strikes it. Dumb way to bring him back. Same old plotline (he goes back to killing camp couselors), bad acting, and average kills.
Jason's final encounter with Tommy Jarvis, Alice Cooper's music, and a lack of gratuitous sex and/or nudity that the predecessors had at least save this film from being too cheesy as usual.
