Review of Jason and the Argonauts (1963) by Jeff B — 27 Jan 2008

I saw this for the first time the other day. Very entertaining with pretty amazing special effects, especially considering this was made in the early 60s. It lost some of its steam when they got that woman from the water, but once they got to that dragon monster thing, it regained its entertainment value.

The skeleton scene was great, I wish it was longer, it was very cool the way they did it, especially the scene where he fights the skeleton and takes its sword, pretty awesome.
