If psychosis had a movie, this is it. Jacob's Ladder will take you on a journey through life and death, heaven and hell and will even throw you into the middle of warfare. This movie doesn't just make you jump out of your seat, it initially gets you to start guessing until the very end which nothing, not Inception, not Memento will prepare you for.
If this movie doesn't scare you then you're already dead.
