Jackie is a cold, elegantly-bleak biopic, both patient and raw. Portman delivers the role of a lifetime with great poise and finesse. The end result is profound yet fragile; an almost 'frozen in time' ambiance.
While a difficult film, there is much to admire about it. 8/10.
