Review of Jack Reacher: Never Go Back (2016) by Dave R — 25 Oct 2016

Jack Reacher was a real surprise a few years ago, as it had a good story, good lead character and was shot really well. Jack Reacher 2 may just be the most disappointing movie of the year and that includes Independence Day 2.

I mean there is a storyline with a teenage girl here that is so wasted and not needed, plus she is so annoying and a bad actress. I felt like Tom Cruise slept walked through this thing, and he was doing a cash grab and go.

If this thing does well enough to warrant a third movie, please go back to the gritty gutty look and not a milk toast cookie cutter sequel.
