Never having read the books, I had no hang-ups about Tom Cruise not being the right height/weight of the character. Having watched the movie, I think it would be wrong to diminish the character of Jack Reacher into just a height and weight.
Its a good story and a well made movie that kept us on the edge of our seats. Werner Herzog was scary as hell!!
