Dimwitted and atrociously stale, 'Jack Reacher' is neither exciting nor fun. It tirelessly tries to be intelligent, while Tom Cruise and his surrounding cast show zero pulse. Barely succeeding as an action film, 'Jack Reacher' should have stayed of the grid completely.
