A really great horror piece from Canadian director Trevor Matthews, Jack Brooks Monster Slayer was a hidden gem last year. Great porformances from Matthews and Robert Englund anchor this incredibly funny monster movie.
A word of warning, I saw this at the Bloor Cinema and it was fantastic however it did not work as well without the audience. Other than that, take a chance and you'll be surprised at how good it is.
