J.Edgar makes for an intriguing subject, and on the level of exploration this movie was just that. The narrative structure could have been a bit more fluid; however, that being said, we are viewing a 2hr, 17 min.
bio pic that could easily be a multi-volume series. Overall, I give this ambitious endeavor an average rating, as the delivery did not leave a strong impression to this viewer, and the design seemed too artificial.
