Review of It's Kind of a Funny Story (2010) by Victoria B — 08 Mar 2013
I am absolutely in love with this movie. It was lovable and rather relatable despite the main characters residing in an insane asylum. The story offers a lot of character development to where you actually feel connected to the film.
Although Emma Roberts turn to bad girl from her Nancy Drew days may leave a bad taste in some people's mouth, Keir Gilchrist's fresh new face and "good guy" tone is perfect. Also, if the general public was wondering, Zach Galifianakis offers penalty of goofy humor that you'd expect from your favorite bushy-beard jokester.
Although I don't recommend children, as certain jokes can be crude.
