Review of It's Always Fair Weather (1955) by Zoran S — 30 Oct 2009
Forget Singing in The Rain (well, ok, don't... it's pretty great), this is the best Kelly/ Donen musical. The dances are sublime and formally inventive and overall the film has much more of a melancholy tone than other musicals of its time.
Also, I want to marry Dolores Grey in this movie.
