If you enjoyed the ice cream-on-celluloid that is "Singin' in the Rain", you will positively lap up "It's Always Fair Weather" - an unfairly criticized and underseen musical comedy.
For pure surface entertainment, it doesn't get better than the Stanley Donen-Gene Kelly collaboration.
