It Follows was, for me, an amazing contribution and homage to the work of the likes of John Carpenter, and a stellar counter to the modern landscape of horror. With most movies opting for the found-footage, exorcism/possession or vampire vibes, It Follows offers a refreshing blend of incredible cinematography, chilling atmosphere, and one of the best soundtracks in recent memory hearkening back to Halloween.
A must-see for any true horror buff.
