A sweet story of a good cop and a bankrupt waitress. officer lang who promised to tip the waitress half of the winning lottery and triggered into a media sensation in NYC. it is my first time to see cage in a pure heart character.
sparing half of the winning is really exceptional. rosie perez character dragged the whole storyline to be a funny bitter sweet. pretty ok film for the 90's, it wouldn't be nice if it is made today, since the taste of today's movie goers are different.
bridget fonda's beauty and a suitable fashion on the movie is good.
