Honestly I found this plot too slow-moving and tedious to give it much more than a meh. Like a lot of other people I was wondering what comes at night, and nothing ever does... So the title was definitely a bait-and-switch misnomer.
This was not horror at all, maybe thriller if you push it. I didn't sense much tension or terror because I never connected with any of the characters. However I didn't turn the movie off because even though the plot was slow, it hung together well.
