Another misleading and overhyped film by a24. I'm starting to really think a24 horror is just artsy cinematography with lackluster stories that don't amount to anything. They're kind of scam when they market these boring films as horrors of the century.

. The movie itself really wasn't bad but it just didn't deliver on really anything. It was a solid post apocalyptic family drama with some great camera work. . 3.1/5. The monster has been their best "horror" film and it got **** on.
