While it may leave viewers a little too much in the dark (especially the title), It Comes At Night will leave the others who stick through it with impending nightmares due to the impeccable tension, beautiful camera work, and terrifying imagery, especially the "red door".
Slow burn to the extreme, the film is not for everyone, but to say the film is not terrifying, is simple a lie.
