The acting was good. And for all the movie I was expecting a twist: like there was no sickness at all or the family they let live with them was spying on them. Unfortunately it didn't happen anything at all, it was quite predictable from the beginning to the end.
Really disappointed, because I liked the mistery around the sickness and I wanted to know more...
