Review of It Came from Outer Space (1953) by Noelle M — 20 Jun 2007
Perhaps not on the level of 50s masterpieces such as Day The Earth Stood Still or Forbidden Planet, but still my personal favorite. One of a crop from the great sci-fi year of 1953, ICFOS is one of the anti-invasion scenarios, counseling understanding of and patience with the Other.
Moody desert atmospherics and a wonderful Richard Carlson performance, too.
