The Film strays away from the goofy nature of the original mini series but in a good way, it's a dark eerie take on the town of Derry, Maine like its source material. Stephen King did such a great job at crafting memorable characters and moments with his novel and Andy Mucheti executes the wonderfully as a fan of King and IT it's safe to say this is one of the best Stephen King adaptation since The Shining.
