Review of It (2017) by Johnny L — 08 Sep 2017
The biggest horror Thursday night was just how long I have eagerly waited for this new adaptation of Stephen King's It morphed with the feeling of disappointment that followed after watching this. To be quick, I found the CGI to be lazy, the timecards were unnecessary- the audience isn't full of idiots.
Also, it felt as though they gave Fin Wolfhard so many funny one-lines simply because fans of Stranger Things. That's all. He was the only one who wasn't re-casted after the first script for this film was trashed.
It just felt as though they were forcing this child-star onto us. The pacing was got a bit rocky towards the end, and don't even get me started on that house.
