For a horror movie IT fails I laughed more than I was startled. Pennywise is more cartoonish and it seems like the eratic movements are supposed to be the scary parts. The original did a much better job overall it was more scary not cheesy like this version.
I don't know why they had to remake IT as a comdey but why not, I guess.
