I'm just going to give this a 5. It's a perfectly executed and gorgeously crafted homage to traditional animation, Japanese culture, graphic design, and yes dogs And yes, it is frightful allegory for today's troubling times where scapegoats abound.
If we can turn on man's best friend, is there nothing we don't do?
