Review of Ishtar (1987) by Josh G — 28 Feb 2009
The buzz created by this film's over-inflated budget effectively destroyed any ability for it to find an audience. This isn't helped by the unfocused, sporadic plot that violently changes tone, often within the same shot.
It's worth a watch if you're having a bad film marathon, but there's no chance it will take the crown, because it's at least mildly funny in the way they intended.
