Review of Irreversible (2002) by Ramin R — 19 Jul 2013
The film is very effective in manipulating the viewer to experience the rash consequences before getting a feel of each cause, which may cause confusion at first, but proves to be an intriguing film technique.
It is also a film that is unapologetic with what it shows and what you hear, penetrating the senses with abrasiveness, but it is never afraid of pushing boundaries. It is definitely one of the ballsiest films out there.
