Woody is a great writer and director. The film is captivating, original (even if the burnout professor thing is a bit cliche) and very enjoyable. It slightly drags at 3/4 in but it's hilarious at times.
Well shot, scored and edited with good performances from all the actors. It is no oscar contender but it is a good movie with interesting ideas and it is way more original and "intellectual" than anything Hollywood puts out.
