I personally love it.
It's fun, funny, enjoyable, great special effects, awesome action scenes, and it combines like a buddy cop aspect in a marvel movies set in christmas, how can you go wrong?!
Sure the villain twist is off, but it doesn't bother me too much.
Overall, I like it.
