It's a good action movie. Downey Jr. is once again very enjoyable, the jokes are a treat as always and the effects and action pretty spectacular. But, although there are a lot of great moments, I thought that there was overall too much drama: not only seemed the plot rather inconsistent at times, it was also the definition of overblown, distancing the viewers a tad from the characters.
In the end it seemed like the universe conspired for the perfect happy ending. Good but not that good.
