HO-LY SHIT!! This film blew my mind! It's a fast, solid, high-quality rollercoaster of a film. Instantly one of the best Superhero films of all times.
Quality oozes out of every minute of this picture. Miles away from your typical cheesy, corny, plastic comic book flick (ghost rider, daredevil, etc).
Really fuckin funny too, the whole theater was laughing out loud for most of the film!
It's solid, in every single aspect: action, drama, mind-boggling special fx, comedy, modern world commentary, message, consciousness, etc.
Robert Downey Jr is top-notch and each actor is cast perfectly and on their best performances.
I'm going to watch it again as soon as I can, it's that good.
TRIVIA: there's a funnyass cameo by Tom Morello (RATM) as one of the middle-eastern insurgents.
