I thought this was a charming, quirky and very amusing film. I liked the characters and the cast is good too (with Tim Robbins as the science geek/Einstein fan car mechanic, Ed Walters, Meg Ryan as Einsteins niece, Catherine Boyd and Walter Matthau as Einstein himself. Stephen Fry also appears as James Moreland, Catherines partner).

Of course its pretty daft but I really enjoyed some of the zany dialogue. One example being (referring to Einstein going on a motorcycle) 'He liked it - he went wa-hoo. when was the last time he went wa-hoo? when was the last time you went wa-hoo?'. I said it was silly! very silly, daft and decidedly improbable but very fun - or I certainly found it very amusing in any case. I suppose you could argue its one of those 'so bad its good' type watches but its certainly not as if it takes itself too seriously. I can think of few criticisms, other than the story is pretty unlikely but then thats part its charm. I really enjoyed it as a bit of silly fun.
