Review of Into the Woods (2014) by Jason H — 08 Jun 2015
I rather enjoyed this film, by the way I love Musicals and this one was really swell. I really enjoyed the film until the final act kicked in. The songs and performances are wonderful and I really liked how they interwove the different stories together.
However I do think that the pacing of the film is a bit off at times. And, the last act of the film is almost dreadful, being non-coherent to the rest of the film. However, I think as a whole this film is really fun and if you enjoy musicals this one you will enjoy as well.
