Review of Into the Forest (2016) by E H — 03 Dec 2016
This movie was somewhat entertaining until Eva finds out she's preggo after being brutally raped and decides (there seems to be a "Pro-life" message here) to keep the baby, like she's going to raise it in a normal healthy childhood without a father, let alone later finding out its biological father is a rapist.
....please really? Then the idea at the end of the movie to burn the rotting, decaying house down due to the lack of maintenance, or fixing the leaking roof. Come on, you'd think being "mountain girls" they would be able to figure out how to make repairs like they figured how to gather food in the forest, not act like they have lived in the city all their lives.
Now they are going to live in the forest with out any real shelter as the picture fades out? Very unrealistic movie.
