Review of Into Great Silence (2005) by Gavin H — 25 Jul 2007
Watching this film is a mediation. The cinematography is breath taking. The film crew used a techique of film speed up to film the night sky. The results are amazing. I liked watching the sky move at rapid a speed.
The monks live at a pace only I can dare to dream of. Each event was done with complete mindfulness. A lesson I can use in my daily life.
