Review of Interview with the Vampire (1994) by Bill S — 17 Apr 2015
This is an epic movie although there doesn't really appear to be a central plot. It follows the life and times of Brad Pit as Louis, who becomes a Vampire courtasy of Tom Cruises Lestat. This is also one of Kristen Dunst's first roles as Claudia.
Dunst has big shoes to fill as her part calls for an adult trapped in the body of a child and she performs it well. While the movie lacks a central focus or even a central villain, the movie makes up for in its sense of scale and epicness.
A film not to be missed.
