Even though it didn't necessarily receive critical acclaim at first, it surely is one of the most intriguing and atmospheric vampire tales in years. With great performances by Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, and the young Kirsten Dunst, it's as hypnotizing as the vampires are deadly and their hungers are insatiable.
A very decent adaptation of a marvelous book. In this darkly gothic story major thrills are present.
