Painful to watch and an utterly fantastic waste of potential.. This could have been brilliant, and a chance for Broderick to really shine. But instead, The Great Inspector Gadget spent the ENTIRE movie just reacting like an imbecile to.
.. and being knocked around by... all of the great gadgets he's actually named for.
