Review of Insomnia (2002) by Joan-Of A — 05 Feb 2011
Rejoined Netflix to catch up on all the films Paula and I never got to see in-theater. This is a good one, with Williams' performance stacking up to Pacino's quite nicely. For a while there it seemed like they'd revealed too much too soon, but the cat and mouse game between the two kept the suspense going until the end.
Said ending was a little deus ex machina, but overall it was beautifully filmed and a fine set of performances.
