Even in these days of Nolan fandom, this is still a highly under appreciated thriller. Does it have the cerebral mind-bending twists of Memento? No, but it doesn't need to either.
With stunningly good performances from its trio of award winning stars (Pacino, Williams and Swank) this is an awesome slow burning character study wrapped inside a good but never outstanding crime drama.
