It was good and scary but the 1st one was better and scarier. I like how they connected this one to the first one. But there is a mistake. In insidious chapter 2 specs says that they've seen many things wth Elyse and now she's gone.
Well if the lambert demon was after the 3rd one(setting wise) than they would have only done 2 cases altogether.
