Though this may be business as usual for the horror genre, Insidious definitely does what it sets out to do. And that's to scare the unholy bejeezus out of you. It has been a very long time since I've actually been frightened by a movie, but Insidious pulls it off with pristine precision.
Filled with a handful of striking images, Insidious will lurk in the back of your mind for days. Despite a lackluster conclusion, this is one horror movie you owe yourself to see.
