Truly scary, tense, and full of brilliant suspense. Majority of the acting was top-notch and the scene set-ups were near flawless.
What I didn't like about it: Patrick Wilson could not deliver his lines. His performance mostly came across as amateur. This confuses me because his performance in The Conjuring was great. Also, the demon. It's design is just plain stupid and not scary. Lastly, the ending was a bit too "Haha, gotcha!" for me.
Overall though, I had a genuinely good time watching this. Can't wait to see part 2.
