Review of Insidious (2011) by Demeh S — 31 Oct 2013
"Insidious" has a lot of interesting ideas and concepts and while it boasts some creepy imagery, it's ultimately a bit disjointed. One minute it feels like a classy, restrained horror film and the next it's serving up garish, cheap, and obvious scares.
All in all though, it's still a fun movie and much better than the typical mainstream horror movies being released today.
