Review of Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) by Ryan H — 27 Jul 2014
One of the Coen brothers' finest, and that's saying a lot. It feels cold, out of date and stilted, which makes it perfect in it's portrayal of what it's like to be a struggling performer, even in today's standards.
Oscar Isaac is remarkable and the visual cues leave much to the imagination.
