HK cinema takes on manga. Oh dear. Take a cool story about street racers, add brake-burning car stunts, then add a Japanese lead and dub her into Cantonese. This is what you get. It's not totally lame, but it isn't good either.
Best to watch it with your brain safely detached from your body.
