Review of Initial D (2005) by Ernest K — 17 Aug 2010
The racing sequences are well-filmed, and well-"choreographed" - good extended shots make the drifting a joy to watch, and the quick shots of driver footwork are really neat...in fact, the driver footwork shots are almost worth the price of admission - three solid stars for these features.
Don't watch this film if none of what I just wrote interests you.
