Review of Inherit the Wind (1960) by Tommy H — 30 Mar 2015
A very good courtroom drama made even more intriguing by its subject matter. The message of the film, to both religious people and atheists, is to keep an open-mind. At the the end of the film both sides have a little more tolerance for the other and I think that's a very positive message.
Even the preacher learns this lesson, but he doesn't take it too well. No matter what you believe you can feel his frustration because at times all of us can be stubborn with our ideas.
