Review of Inferno (2016) by Richey R — 17 Oct 2016
Inferno is not a bad installment to the continuing story of Dan Brown's renowned symbologist, Robert Langdon. It's not as good as The Da Vinci Code or Angels and Demons, but it's still a suspenseful, mystery ride that will keep you at the edge of your seat.
It still has that puzzle-solving vibe, but to a lesser extent. Tom Hank's and Felicity Jones' acting were great. (I'm now glad they casted her in Rogue One). Direction and cinematography were great too.
It's another beautiful visual tour of Italy. I honestly didn't expect that plot twist. I commend Dan Brown for writing intricate mystery novels that are rather easy to comprehend. The movies are no different.
