If you read the books, then your know how it all goes. A decoded message inside Dante's picture shows a message of how to solve the mystery that will end most of human race. This movie didn't get anyway near it did with the first 2 films.
It dragged for about 1 hour of the running time, it didn't offer excitement; only the mystery and Tom Hanks.
