Very good as an original good cop bad cop thriller, great acting performances by the leads. I think they could have developed the characters a bit more, especially the relationships the leads had with their respective love interests and friends, it would have added some emotion to the end result.

The Departed did this much better, as evidenced by the 2:30 running time vs. this versions 1:41. In the end, I felt more into the Departed than this movie, although it should get its props for being the original.
