Review of Infamous (2006) by Emmett C — 27 Jan 2007
I Much Preferred This To Capote, and Toby Jones' performance was OUTSTANDING even with all the great supporting actors and actresses, I honestly forgot that Perry Smith was the turgid Daniel Craig, as it was a surprisingly good performance.
However, it is slightly less substantial and lighter than Capote, and possibly spends too much tme in New York with his "swans", and a few of the jail cell scenes seem a bit too long.
Still, thanks to the great performances, a few good comedic moments and a better script than Capote makes for a Thumbs Up!
